It was just me getting in trouble because I usually don’t get in trouble or do anything mean because I am just going to Amit it I go to therapy every once a month so ya that is how my anger is less intense and I have tubes in my ears so my mom and dad have to baisicly yell at me cause I am hard at hearing and finaly I am just going to say it I have ADHD which helps me focous
