Idk at first I was tryna do something else but here’s the secret to make it glow first use a pencil to go and push out the lines by the zoom in and use a air brush to trace the pencil and use pen also

First use pencil to go around ur picture and use airbrush and trace it and use pen and trace it and there u go u made a glow in the dark coloring picture
