I used one of the paint brushes called technical pen. If you watch one add you can get all the brushes unlocked for that exact photo you are going and if you zoom in all the way then start to take little dots around the face and body you can achieve this look. If you want bigger ones zoom out just a bit because they can get too big if you zoom too far!
