Yk how idk how to swallow pills right…? Well my mom and nana were trying to make me take one because it’s supposed to to help me with my sneezing and coughing.. but my gag reflex is bad so I can’t just swallow it without chewing.. but.. they made me so uncomfortable and stressed I started crying.. then my nana said I made my mom feel bad.. no they made me feel bad i cried
