don't listen to them, their jealousy gets a hold of them and they cannot control it. they might be getting bullied at home by their mom or dad like "your hair looks ugly" They say stuff like that because their getting bullied themselves, they want to let it all out and take it out on people, EVERYONE HAS TROUBLES NEVER FORGET THAT YOUR AWSOME WHO YOU ARE

every human being is perfect in his/her own way. The people who complain about other people's unique features are just undeniably jealous and insecure. You are beautiful and perfect just as you are and nobody should feel ashamed of that. Those who change for others have no control over what they say and honestly people can't expect you to ignore horrible comments like that.
