The quote means to not hurt them, but cut them out of your life, so if they don’t follow girl code or boy code then cut them out of your life, and there’s many more reasons to cut people out of your life, but you have to suck it up if they are being rude and mean to you, everyone has a glass house (figuratively they do) and once you see their glass house cut them if it’s bad.
