okay I'm going to tell you the few things first take three deep breaths then go on your phone and if your phone is dead charge it up go on YouTube put your favorite song on that's positive and calming does something calm I'm not hard and then get on your bed put the phone next to your ear then close your eyes and then take three more deep breaths with the just try to calm down this helps me before when I have panic attacks so next time you have a panic attacks do these things ๐ฅน๐๐ผ
