the reason there’s like red scratches on his eyes, is because he kept scratching his eyes. his quirk first developed when he decayed his dog.. his father wacked him with a pole, which made him by touching him. he turned into a villain because everyone saw him crying, and in blood and no one help him. his villain name his Tomura Shigaraki.
