We r females ig so we do go through stuff that makes or emotions feel like they r uncontrolled but if you feel that way you should be telling ur self that u hate ur self and stuff bc its prob just gonna make you feel worse and get ideas in ur head so pls love yourself and respect yourself as much as possible bc even in pitch black your the light that shines on and on and if you were to stop shining many people wouldn’t know what to do. I love you take care and stay safe. Also u should try to talk to ur gf abt it when u get a chance
