So had the therapy today. lol my therapist is called Karen and her name suits her. She started repeating my life story. All the fights and incidents with people. And about my OCD and then just random stuff. Damion is lucky and has a nice therapist.

I just started therapy and damn, my therapist needs a therapist. She’s been going on and complaining about my OCD and ADHD?? Like, is she even helping me??? Plus, I feel like I can’t open up to her about my feelings and SH?? Is that weird?
