Omg I’m so sorry I wasn’t here right away I was sleeping 😞 but anyways I’m not enough you need to get someone professional to talk to you like maybe a therapist? I’m not meaning this in a mean way but if you wanna get better and don’t wanna go to a mental hospital or institution you are gonna need more than me also try writing your feelings down it helps me
