I don't know about everyone else.But if you want different types of patterns, just look at the thing under "Is color coice is, it will show an icon similar to a paint palate. For sparkles, normally I use the spray can and just tap on the screen. Don't drag your finger. Just tap it. It gives that the sparkle effect
