Oh and on top of the are brush I take the spray and just boop the white a few times to make it appear sparkly
Oh it's simple, all I do is I take the main color that I want, do that for the hole lip, then I take the technically pen and do white on the edges with gaps in between. Finally I take the airbrush thingy and put a little detail for the fefrection. Sorry I can't spell
