good luck with the appointment, i get it, needles can be horrifying, i once in my life use to scream while getting needles,i'm still scared but don't scream cause someone my age screaming like a child would definetly be embarassing. Anyways, hope you get better soon and may you be healthy enough not to get a shot❤️
