Omg what can I do to help. Start by SLOWLY breathing. I know it can seem tough but please try. If you need to grab something to stimulate your brain. I understand this can be stressful. If you need to repeat to yourself It's going to be okay or I can't control what other people are doing but I can control what I'M doing.
