Ofc @Sigmaslay123 !!!!! I started with drawing a girl normally and then you click the button to not draw in the lines and use the spray can, you then go to the sky's colors and you color over the girl!! I hope this is helpful, hopefully it made sense!!

it's just that I just started to draw something just like it so when I looked at this I just wanted to make sure that you knew that I was literally just doing that and I'm half way done with it so can I still post it?
