Vixi is the secret daughter of Medusa, former priestess of Athena and legend of the world, and the sea god Poseidon. Her snakes are companions in her devastating life. Her brothers, Pegasus and Chrysaor, became famous (and infamous.) But she, the most powerful, was hidden away. Her anger and resentment turned to liquid venom that she can control at will. She grew up one of the most beautiful creatures of the forest, but slowly, her dark locks formed into snakes, and her green eyes turned multicolored. Her single red snake, named Tempest, was her mother's companion. Her power reflects her emotions, and her sorrow of being left behind. She once tried to find her father, to discover her heritage, but Poseidon denied ever having an affair with Medusa, in front of the whole Olympian Council. She fled, and was faced with the goddess Artemis in her home. The goddess listened and told her to wait. Then, Artemis disappeared. Vixi, desperate for change, did as she was told. She waited, her power growing, her rage turning her less and less human by the day. She returned to her pond, where she resides in the mist, symbolizing the uncertainty of her life. There she waits, hoping the goddess will act on her words. Any a human dares approach her, she tears them down from the inside, venom and venomous words. Saw this was popular, thought I'd try it.
